Your email address will be used to send any announcements and service renewal information. You own all the contents of your website. The technology however remains ours.
- I lost my password! What do I do?
Just call MNS Websolutions customer care and answer simple verification question and get your password.
- How can I change my password?
We provide you complete control panel to change your password, in any case you can get it done by calling customer care too.
- How long will it take me to get a complete Website?
Your entire web site will be built-in 5-7 working days after you have approved the design and submitted the necessory material.
- Can I upload web pages and other files, created outside into my Website?
You get FTP access with username and password to access the file manager of your website, you can upload any other files to that keeping in mind the limitation of your server storage space, though it is recommended not to do so without expert guidance.
- Can I make changes/update my Website?
You have full control on your web site content management - editing and maintenance of your web site, anytime, anywhere, any number of times and all by yourself.
- What exactly is a template?
The templates are complete WebSites with multiple pages and internal links. Each template has been designed with a particular business model in mind and are grouped under the different categories catering to the various segments of the industry. - You will then need to send us all of your information.

- How will I be billed?
This amount listed against each package is a one-time cost and is as per the package. Next year onwards you only need to purchase a hosting and maintenance package.
- How do I cancel my account?
You may cancel your account but we shall not be giving you any refunds once your account has been setup.
- Whom do I get in touch with if I have billing issues or have not received the account login details?
We recommend that you write to us at support@mnswebsolutions.com alongwith your orderID and other payment info.
- What are the different payment options available?
